Under the direct leadership of the Supervisory Board of Tongwei, the Supervision Department of Tongwei Headquarters carries out independent supervision and inspection for all segments, including agricultural and animal husbandry, Sichuan Yongxiang Co., Ltd, solar energy, terminal and other diversified segments.
Main responsibilities
The Supervision Department targets at general employees, middle-level officials, and senior management, and takes supervision, inspection, investigation and discipline maintaining as the basic methods. Its main tasks are as follows:
Anti-corruption and anti-malfeasance
Investigate and impose a penalty for (a) typical corruption actions such as embezzlement, bribery, misappropriation of public funds; (b) “micro-corruption” actions such as soliciting benefits from others and accepting gifts, money, and travel invitation; (c) misconduct and malfeasance that cause significant losses to the company and customers; (d) dishonest behaviors such as falsification, offenses and deception.
Maintaining corporate system and ethos
Investigate and impose a penalty for disturbance of the market order by anyone, their close relatives and someone who has a special relationship with them, such as having supply and distribution relationship with Tongwei, or investing, being a shareholder of and starting up a business or participating in the operation of businesses that is a competitor of Tongwei. Investigate and impose a penalty for ineffective and secret disobedience in the implementation of the company's documents, policies, systems, and business decisions.
Maintaining corporate system and ethos
Investigate and impose a penalty for the leakage of commercial confidentiality, gambling, violation of social order and morals, and other illegal acts and acts that undermine the company's reputation; rectify the improper aspects of the business process, and help the subsidiaries to prevent risks, correct deviations, close the loopholes, reduce losses, and help them discover and prevent major business risks.
